Quality Issues in Vectors Assets

Hey vector contributors,
Getting mass rejections for "raster in vector" and "low res JPG preview" even though my EPS is 100% vector and my JPG preview is 10k x 10k px, quality 12.

Same settings as my approved files.
Is Adobe's AI reviewer broken this week or did something change?
Any fix?

Possibly related to customer complaints about poor quality vectors. See below.

What size is your artboard?  Does it exceed the minimum size requirements?

Re-read the Vector Design Requirements in your Contributor User Guide.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/submit-your-content/submit-vectors/design-requirements-for-vector-submissions.html

    1. Small vector files download as low-resolution PNGs and JPEGs. To avoid this, use the appropriate sized artboard for your project (postcard, poster, small ad, large ad, etc...)
    2. Stock auto-generates the preview file for you so you don’t need to create one.
    3. Don’t rely on auto-trace. The results aren’t good enough for commercial use. It’s best to trace paths manually.
    4. Minimize anchor points to the least number required that holds the shape.

For more detailed feedback, we’d need to see the rejected file.

Thank you for your reply and the detailed feedback

    1. I use an artboard size of 10,000 x 10,000 pixels for all my vector files. This should be well above the minimum requirements.
    2. .I do not compress the preview JPG. I’m sorry if my previous submission note was misleading about creating a JPG preview. I understand that Stock auto-generates the preview file.
    3. All shapes are drawn manually and anchor points are only placed at the essential corners/ends of objects. I do not use auto-trace.

By the way, I just had one asset accepted, but many others were rejected. Previously all my submissions were running very smoothly.

Here are some examples of images that were rejected due to quality issues:

Czy używasz efektów typu glow blur czy samych gradientów? Spróbuj wrzucić to samo w svg. Mialem problem też z eps, zmieniało mi układ i barwy po wgraniu a svg tego samego wektora przeszedł normalnie.

    Thank you for your advice.

To clarify, none of my assets use glow, blur, or gradient effects. Everything is 100% flat color and built with solid fills only.

I will test uploading the SVG version of the same vector as you suggested.
