There is a sensor spot in the sky. The sky has some noise and the shadows are two dark.

Also, if you lighten the photo, you can read the trademark "Mercury" and can see a number on the boat.

May I ad: You also have a lot of noise. 

And just for the record: I've seen at least 3 other sensor dust spots, so I really recommend that you perform (or let perform) a sensor cleaning.

Having the camera lens (cell phone lens?) pointed directly at the sun caused underexposure and a loss of detail in the main subject areas.
