QUALITY ISSUES photos AI

I need help with my content because every time I upload photos they tell me that I have quality problems, the quality is excellent because of a group of 3 photos they accept 1 or 2, what should I do? I have 1800 rejected photos that could have been sales.

Correct answer Jill_C

only in adobe is that they reject the photos and some of them, but in freepik the rejection is null, they all accept them, so it is not because of quality.

You cannot assume that the assets do not have quality issues just because they were accepted elsewhere. Adobe Stock is known for having higher quality standards than other stock sites. The quality issues have been pointed out to you above; but if you can't acknowledge that they are issues and you continue to submit similar assets, your high rejection rate will continue.

I'm not new to this, I've been doing stocks for about 2 years, I'm a photographer, and good quality photos are rejected for quality, that's the detail, the bot they use, I don't know what happens with some photos and in other places they are accepted. so they are not bad quality then. and I've read everything.

Except that your submissions, at least based on the two you uploaded here, are not photo realistic. They are clearly AI. The irises are not perfectly rounded and the pupils are not centered within the irises, while the catchlights in the eyes need to be identical, given that this is clearly an image that would have been taken in a real studio with a controlled light source. The nostrils need some minor tweaking to mirror their size and shape, and the mouth should be closed to hide the teeth while also making the lips more full. And last but not least, the necklace should be removed entirely. The headphones are probably a lost cause in any case and probably require more time than they're worth. Humans moderate all submissions on Adobe Stock. It could be argued under these circumstances that FreePix is the stock site using bots to moderate images.

Just controlling the first image I see at least three erors that would cause a rejection.

On the left side, look where the hair goes over the headphone band. It is deformed.

Look at the screw on the left side, it is also deformed.

And as @daniellei4510 said, the necklace is not finished.

Look at the necklace in the headphones photo. It's not complete. Remove it entirely. The ears look weird in the second photo. Hide them behind the mask.

Adobe is being VERY strict about AI these days. Consider every detail in you submissions.

If 1800 were rejected for quality, well, that should tell you something right there. I doubt you are missing any possible sales.

when I hear 1800 rejected images (not photos) then I think I know what the problem is. You need to take the time to control and edit your images. If you load two or three images up here, we can probably point out what you need to look for.

if in total there are 1800 photos because they don't reject them instantly but after 1 or 2 weeks, but of that same style they accept 1 or 3, but not others. it's something strange. what I see is that they accept more IA photos of comics or illustration style.

What is the rejection reason?

We can't be of help unless you can post 2 or 3 of the images that were rejected. Please post them at the size submitted and we will do our best to help you.

Not the mask. I meant the hair cap. Also, images such as these have more commercial value it you allow room for copy. Use generative fill.
