I've received a strange rejection due to the quality of my image, but I'm unsure what's wrong with my digital art picture. Can you kindly tell me what the problem is? Thank you in advance!?

Her hair bangs look like bird feathers, not hair.

The eyeballs are too recessed, like doll's eyes.

In addition to what @Jill_C said:

If it is a 3d render you should increase the polydon count and check the borders of your textures.I saw several issues like above, also around the nose eyes area.
