Quality Issues Rejection

I’m feeling quite confused about Adobe Stock’s “quality issue” rejection and I’ve been struggling to fully understand what it really means.

From the community, I’ve learned about several possible causes, such as image distortion, blurriness, poor lighting, or objects with incorrect shapes. However, I often receive rejections for “quality issues” even when my images don’t seem to have any of these problems.

This has been a persistent challenge for me, and I’m becoming increasingly frustrated. I would greatly appreciate advice from experienced contributors on how to overcome this issue.

Hi @muaz_9069 ,

We need to see the refused file(s) to assist you. Upload three of your refused files to this thread so that we can assist you to identify the issue. The file you post here must be the same size and quality you submit to Adobe.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

We can't be of much help without seeing a couple of your rejected assets. They can be posted here.
