Hello, I have uploaded these photos among other similar ones and they have not been accepted due to quailty problems. Could you help me to know exactly what is the problem with them?

I agree with Jill.  The lighting background and depth of field don't do the model justice. 

 

When staging your photo shoot, think about giving your models something to do, hold or interact with.  Compositionally, people doing things are more interesting for commercial use.

In the first image your subject is not in sharp focus, and it's a rather messy background. 
Second image is overexposed, particularly in the background, and depth of field is too shallow, rendering most of the subject out of focus.
