QUALITY PROBLEMS Possible reason and what can I do to stop it from happening to me?

It's not the camera, but you may have artefacts, dust spots, noise or similar that would lead to a refusal for quality issues. You may also have exposure and focus issues, or white balance problems. In short, it can be plenty of things.

You need to post one or two of your refused assets in the quality as submitted, and we will have a look at them.

It wouldn't be because of the camera, but rather quality issues, such as artifacts, white balance, composition, focus, and so on! Post an example in this thread and community members may be able to give some feedback.

Though that is an older model DSLR, under the right lighting circumstances, and with skillful editing, you should be able to achieve acceptable images with it. If you want more specific input, upload 2-3 of your rejected images here for feedback from the community members.
