To add to what is said; details are lost in the shadows.

This is important in Stock photography because customers are searching for specific images to use in their own commercial projects.

Examining your image at 100-300% magnification, I'm seeing chromatic aberration (color fringing) around objects.

You have chromatic aberration:

Chromatic aberration is a lens issue at high contrast situations (light-dark transition) and it can be corrected, if it is not too strong.

Washed out colours and missing structure:

(this normally happens with a high noise reduction)

The image is oversaturated.

IP refusal: names and other identifiers need to be edited out.

If the picture quality were better, you would recognize one or the other person in the picture. You will need a model release from those.
