Quality rejection that I don't understand, any idea?

Looking at the blue door/ window:

The clothe adds a nice touch. Not sure if it adds commercial value though.
The stairs, window and the wooden door next to it could be cropped out. They are distracting and don’t really add any value to the image. Make sure to provide room for copy.

I would work on your composition. The photos need to be more compelling.

2. Compare your best work with similar Stock inventory.

The blue doors and aerial shot of street: Check your histogram for underexposure in the blacks and shadows

Building the red flowers in front and the walkway between to walls: Leaning verticals

Blue window frames and abstract shot of numerous buildings: Increase the contrast and exposure

Noise: High-ISO grain noticeable at 100% crop.

Tonal Range: Crushed shadow details in deep blacks.

Precision: Slight alignment tilt and soft focus.

Framing: Composition and cropping need tighter refinement.

These need to be improved.
