What was the rejection reason?

I guess Technical Problems.

First is black and white, Adobe want's original colour pictures of high quality.

Second has multiple problems:

1. out of focus
2. colour clipping
3. false colours - do not overedit pictures
4. composition - That black pole on the left needs to get edited out.

Third is again a black and white, only the loop is in colour. Composition is bad, the loopand hands should be completly in the image. The disturbing elements from the room on the left can be photoshopped out. I think also that you softened the skin too much.
