Question about deactivation

Hello dear Adobe community,

my account has been deactivated for over two months now, and I still haven’t received any response to my inquiries. I know that you probably can’t help me directly here in the forum, but maybe someone has had a similar problem and can give me some helpful advice (so I don’t get even more discouraged).

I uploaded over 12,000 images, and since I wanted to build a reliable side income, I always tried my best to follow the guidelines. That’s why I was all the more shocked when I was told that I had supposedly violated them.

Nevertheless, I’m still hoping to get an answer—especially about what I might have done wrong and what steps I can take now.

Apart from the fact that I mainly uploaded AI-generated images, I also submitted around 2,000 photos and videos that I created myself.

So here’s my question: Can and should I resubmit my photographed images using a new account? Or is it better to wait for a response and hope that Adobe reactivates my account? I’d also like to know how often and at what intervals you think it’s appropriate to politely follow up with Adobe regarding my account status. I understand that you shouldn’t contact them too frequently, but surely there’s a reasonable timeframe after which it’s okay to ask again if they haven’t forgotten me?

I look forward to your answers and your help.

Best regards

You must wait. If you open a new account, your new account will get deactivated once discovered. There should be no problem in trying to contact Adobe after waiting two months. Use the appropriate means of contact to do so.

Ah ok, but it's frustrating that you have to wait so long. i think they could at least have left my photos up. I will politely ask again in the next few days if they have forgotten me.

Could it be that they have blocked me because I already have a second account?

They haven't forgotten you. Contributors have reported waiting as long as 5 months to have their accounts re-activated.

Having a second account could indeed be an issue here. If it contains the same types of assets as the blocked account, I'm surprised it hasn't been blocked as well.
