Question about Free Collection submission process

Hi everyone! I’ve been invited to submit some of my files to the Adobe Stock Free Collection. I see the list of selected images and the options to choose 1-year or perpetual license. But after selecting the checkboxes, is there a "Submit" button or any final confirmation? Or do the files automatically get submitted after I select the options?

Just want to be sure I'm doing it right. Thanks in advance!
