Question About "People and property are fictional" Checkbox for AI-Generated Images

Hello Adobe Community,

 

I’ve created AI-generated images of interiors and architectural designs and am preparing to submit them to Adobe Stock. Since these images are entirely fictional, should I select the "people and property are fictional" checkbox during submission?

I want to ensure proper categorization and compliance with guidelines. I have attached some images to check.

Real models or property would require you to submit signed release forms to use the likeness for commercial purpose.


Fictional people or property means they are not real. No signed release forms are necessary.

I have to agree with @Jill_C. If you get a detail-oriented moderator, there are drawing errors--some less obvious than others--that will likely result in rejections.

    The property is obviously fictional; however there are drawing errors in each of the images that will result in them being rejected for quality issues. Zoom in to at least 100% and inspect each image carefully. If the errors can't be edited out, delete them and move on.

      You answered your own question. You said that the images are entirely fictional but, yet you ask if you should also check the property is fictional checkbox. Either it is fiction or not.
