Questions about Latest Updates Multiple Adobe Contributor Accounts (S.O.P)

Hi, I understand that starting from March 25, it's no longer allowed to have two Adobe Stock contributor accounts unless an exception is approved.

I'm planning to open a second Adobe Stock account, focusing on a different type of asset (vectors and videos, instead of images).

Is there any official Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) that I should follow to avoid getting my main account banned?

For example:

1.Can I register a second Adobe account using a different email before requesting approval, or should I wait for Adobe to respond first?

2.Can I use the same payment information (such as the same name, address, and bank account)?

I hope someone from the team or community can clarify. Thank you very much!

There is absolutely and positively no benefit to having more than one account, even for different types of assets. In fact, even when it was allowed, there were disadvantages, not the least of which would be having to wait for each account to reach enough in sales to meet the $25 withdrawal minimum.

The new guidelines are quite clear - you may NOT open a second account, whether or not you use a separate email address. Your proposal to have a second account for different asset types is specifically what Adobe has disallowed. All assets can be maintained in one account; there is no good reason to segregate them.

1. Using a different email to open a second account is not allowed. As you said in the first sentence "a second account is no longer allowed". Yes, trying to out smart the rules without getting an "exception" will get you banned.

2. Not important because you do not want to open a second account without approval.

Thank you, @RALPH_L, for your answer. Just to confirm ,do I need to wait for Adobe’s approval before opening a second account? From what I understand, if I want to open another Adobe account, I must use a different email address ,is that correct?
