Questions about my tax form

Hello. I just filled out my tax form for Adobe Stock. This process seemed a bit confusing to me, I guess I didn't understand some parts clearly.

I did the best I could and sent the tax form to Adobe Stock. When I look at my contributor account information, it says "Verified".

English translation of the above;

---------------------------------------------------

TAX INFORMATION

Form type: W-8BEN
Status: Verified
Expiration Date: 12/31/2027

(Download // Update)

---------------------------------------------------

Now what I want to ask you is, in this case, is the tax part of my account completed, do I need to do anything else? (As I said above, I have some hesitations because I could not clearly understand some parts while filling it out.)

Thank you.

The tax part of your account is now good until the end of 2027, when you need to upload the then current form. "Verified" means that all mandatory parts have been filled out. That does not exactly mean that your entries have been verified. From the Adobe perspective, however, you are done, and everything that they can verify has been verified.

The tax form is needed by Adobe to be able to pay out your royalties. The form will be communicated to the American IRS (tax administration) and they will (or not) talk to your local tax administration. The aim of that is that you pay taxes on your revenues, as required by the USA and by your local tax laws.
