That noise that @Jill_C sees is not only on the background, but a bit everywhere:

You also have in the first image 2 strange horizontal lines from left to right in the image.

The second image looks like a noise reduced version of the first one with massive artefacts:

In addition, despite the filter, you still see massively the colour noise.

There is also very noticeable noise in the background.
