Buenos dias quisiera saber las causas principales del rechazo por situaciones tecnicas, gracias

Second image has underexposed foreground, overexposed sky, and chromatic aberration. I can't tell if it's in sharp focus because it's so underexposed. The branch intruding on the right side is distracting and should be removed.

Lets talk about the first photo.

The photo has too much blue. The horizon is not level. The bird, which is blurred, needs to be removed. The beach is underexpossed. The sky is too noisy.
