There are loads of flower pctures on Adobe Stock - they are an easy subject - so to get accepted and sell (which is the most important)  they have to be absolutely amazing! Second to none! The creme de la creme...!

As stated by Michael & Marianne, both are underexposed; however it appears in the first image that you intentionally darkened the background (or lightened the flower) because the green area that shows behind the flower is brighter and a different shade of green. 

Both photos are too dark. The purple flower is not sharp enough. It is better to limit the image section to the flower.

La primera no es nítida, al igual que la foto similar que publicaste hace un par de días.

Las dos son demasiado oscuras, tienen artefactos y no son horizontales.
