I uploaded 30 days ago and I am still waiting. Out of the 90 pictures I uploaded, you accepted three those are in my portfolio and already making money, I could have been doing well with the 90 waiting since they are seasonal. Also two of my photos are in the Reminder for a model release. You guys make this difficult because there is no way to contact anyone and the people in the photo that you want a release from are made with artificial intelligence. I made those people myself. They are not real people so I cant get them to do anything. 

How long does the approval process take and how do I deal with non-existent people that cant sign documents?

You have resurrected a thread from 2018 when conditions were different. This forum is for fellow contributors, and is not routinely visited by Adobe employees, so you'll get no reply from them here.

Apparently you've uploaded Generative AI assets which have a very long queue for review, due to the many contributors who have uploaded hundreds at a time. Your assets will get moderated eventually. Current estimates are 1-2 months from submission. As to the required releases, those are Adobe's rules. If you don't follow them, your assets will not get approved. You can read more about those requirements at the link posted below. If the "people" in your assets are not based on real people, you'll need to create a Property Release.

I have moved this to a new topic for you as the one you posted to is outdated.

 

On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5 - 15 business days.
Generative AI could take 1 - 2 months due to an immense backlog or or more if you didn't follow AI submission guidelines carefully.

For faster turnarounds, submit more real assets and fewer generative AI. Focus on quality instead of quantity. 😉

Real models = model release signed by the model.

Fake models = property release signed by you as creator of the Illustration.
