does this mean that content will be made available on Fotalia whether we have an account or not? If I understand correctly, the pricing structure is different for content sold on Fotalia. Is it an option to not have our content available there?

All approved content that you upload through Adobe Stock is automatically online in a mirrored portfolio at Fotolia. No action is required on your end. All sales processed through Fotolia are paid directly into your Adobe Stock account.
