    Out of focus or shutter speed issues. Probably the latter, given the look of the waterfall. This either needed a tripod or a faster shutter speed or both.

    It may well be that OP used a tripod, as the shutterspeed is one second, and handheld is not possible at that speed. But OP also used ISO1600 and a low end kit lens. 

     

    I would have gone with ISO 100 or similar and different shutterspeeds, so that one can choose the best out of the series, maybe get a composition of 2 or 3 images.

    It's noisy, blurry and underexposed and has a few blownout spots. You would have needed to put the camera on a tripod to capture this properly.
