Are you certain they didn't buy an Extended License to use the assets in their own commercial products?  See screenshot & link below.

Videos come with an enhanced licence. I did not see a possibility to buy an extended licence.

 

And out of memory: you are not allowed to put licenced assets in an own collection.

 

@Flavour5F8C If you are the (c) owner of the assets, you may take action against the company. I suggest to counsel with a lawyer for this. If you are not the owner, you should know that there are probably more than one possibility to acquire assets for inclusion in their database. Only the (c) owner can know that.

I think such a thing would be bad. If you are the copyright owner you can file a DMCA takedown against the site, if they are US based.
