Reaction to refusal to accept content

This is a user to user forum, so our moderators are as well your moderators. The moderator selected te wrong refusal reason.

The dog does not have a sad eye, but an out of focus eye. Part of the fur is overexposed due to wrong lightning and bad editing, the background is noisy and you have a halo around the nose/mouth of the dog. 

In addition, on the screenshot, you also see artefacts as created by a small sensor camera or a high ISO picture with noise compensation and a lot of sharpening.
