Subject: Request for Reactivation of Contributor Account

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request the reactivation of my contributor account. My account, under the name Haider Aslam, was deactivated due to a violation involving the accidental upload of AI-generated content. I understand the importance of adhering to Adobe's content guidelines and deeply regret this mistake.

I kindly ask for your consideration in reactivating my account. If reactivation is possible, I am more than willing to comply with the removal of the infringing content.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Best regards,

You are here on a help group of contributors like you who can do nothing for you in such a situation. Contact Adobe directly via the link suggested in your email. Also, avoid leaving your email address on your messages, you should remove it.

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity.
2) Content spamming or fraud.
3) Receipt of an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice.
4) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.

Nobody in this user-to-user community can help you. This is between you and Contributor Support. Meanwhile work on other projects. Or submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

You are not addressing Adobe here. We are contributors. Use the Contact link Adobe provided you with. That said, Adobe accepts AI generated content, so why would they close your account for doing so? Something else is going on.

You need to use the "contact-us" link that you are provided. Otherwise, you will not be entered in the ticketing system and your case will not be reviewed.

Dear Adobe Community Expert,

I have requested the reactivation of my contributor account multiple times after it was deactivated due to an accidental upload of AI-generated content. However, my requests are still under review. Could you please assist me in expediting this process? I am willing to comply with any necessary content removal.

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Haider Aslam

How can I directly contact Adobe regarding my account reactivation? The "Contact Us" button on my deactivation page isn't providing the correct information on how to reactivate my Adobe Contributor account.
