Reason for rejection

Could you please help me understand the reason for rejecting this image? If it can be resolved, how should I address it?

I didn't examine it closely enough to look for possible technical issues, and I know geckos don't exactly take directions well, but it would have been a stronger photo had the lizard's head been in full view.

Thank you. If i could know the exact detail for rejection it would have been helpful. So far 9 of my images are rejected 3 of them accepted. If i know how i colud improve my photos i would defentiely do that.
