Hello,

Ideally, you should have everything in focus. As the tail isn't, it kind of makes the picture less useful!

And the same with the frog:

Try to get everything sharp, in this case, you would need a smaller aperture.

    Depth of field was too shallow in both of these images, rendering parts of the creatures out of focus.

      The chameleon is a nice picture. It is well composed (except for the leaf on the chin - people may want to cut out the figure). However, where the animal is the main subject like this, I'd want it all to be in focus. The tail and upper back are not in focus. See screen shot at 100% (return to the forum Reasons for rejection - Adobe Support Community - 13556964 if you can't see the picture).
