received complementary subscription last year, but not for 2023... any ideas?

Hi there! I recieved the complimentary CC subscription last year as part of the contributor bonus program but didn't see the blue banner or get a code this year despite more than enough downloads. Any ideas why this might have happened? Thanks!

I think Stock raised the requirements bar from previous years.

The invitation phase is over. If you did not get an invitation, it is probable that you did not meet the requirements for 2022. If you did, contact contributor support. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

However, I'm not very optimistic, that they can still include you into the program, even if you are qualifying. You need to watch this at the beginning of the year.

I have already reported the issue to contributor-support, but after filling out the form, I did not receive any response or form number. I'm not sure if the problem was successfully submitted to contributor-support.
