If you did not violate the T&C's or guidelines and the 220 sales were not fraudulent, your account will be restored. While the investigation is underway, there is nothing you can do. Use the Contact Us link and await Adobe's reply.

Actually it may be the reason which i got more sales on a particular day and i suspect one of the contributor named "SAPARA " actually he/she used my 6 images and my titles as it is same in their account but made those images into video . i found out and complaint against them on 28th july 2025 using infringement notice .after 3 days 30th july 2025 i got high sales ,it seems like that fradulent contributor "SAPARA " might be made sales intentionally to the motive of close my account .here are is case id which i filed against them Notice of Infringement – Image and Title - Case ID: 808823 .what if that contributor made sales intentionally and what safety for the genuine contributor like me .Anyhow i hope and strongly believe my account will be restored because i did not do anything wrong and not violate rules .

No matter how many assets you submitted within a given amount of time, 220 sales in one day is regarded by Adobe as suspicious activity. It may not have been anything you did. And mostly likely wasn't. But if those 220 assets were purchased with a stolen credit card (which is just one possibility), it is likely your account will be reestablished following an investigation on Adobe's end, less any royalties paid to you if the purchases were fraudulent.

Not only sold out new submitted asset on that my previous old asset also
sold out on that day it seems like i totally have 2k asset in my
contributor account , All my asset are high quality and visual be like
professional realistic ,for me also on that excited because of too many
sales it might be some big spiritual concern need a good asset for their
project because i only uploaded Cultural and religion category asset .so if
someone liked our asset and need them for many different asset for
different purpose of their project, was that wrong or else if someone
purchase my asset should i feel happy or worried about whatever it is i did
not do anything wrong then why am affected for someone mistakes because it
is not about money it is about my hardwork ,as you know if we set back our
account with 2k asset how much time it will take my 6 months sincere work
struck now for someone mistakes. why i should affected if i did not do
anything wrong ,as a Contributor we only provide good asset for customer
right ,really i do not understand as you said if someone using stolen
credit card and purchased bulk means in that why should i affected while if
i did not do nothing wrong and not violate guidelines .tell me guys if i
get sales should i feel happy or need to worry ?

I'm only letting you know what I've seen happen to other contributors who sell that many assets in one day. I'm a contributor like yourself, and I can not be of help. When you attempted to access your dashboard, you were provided with a Contact us link. I assume you have used it to contact Adobe.
