The the first image, the sky is blownout. The White Balance is also too blue, as evidenced by the blouse sleeve which looks blue instead of white. As an aesthetic issue, if the hands are going to be featured in the image, the nail polish should not be chipped.

In the second image, again the White Balance is off. Sharp focus on the eyes has not been achieved.

Nail polish color should not clash with lipstick color. That's a pet peeve of mine. If a suitable color isn't available, nude (natural) nails are better.

For your second: did you partially edit the background of the picture? You need to correct this:

You also need to edit out this line. Where does it come from?

And then there is this white border around the cloth. That's not natural or related to over sharpening.

Here you have chromatic aberration:

I have no idea if this has an impact:

You should also address the noise in the background.

As of the first, I can only speculate that the blown out background could be a problem. Portraits against a very light background need a lot of light on the subject, to counter that situation.
