Rechazo de calidad

Question

Hola Me podrian asesorar la siguiente imagen por que presenta problemas de calidad si veo que al ampliar al mas del 200 no se nota tanto ruido o igual quiero saber su sugerencias para las proximas fotografias .

1. The foreground is dark, almost black without details.2. The building is almost invisible, it is hidden almost completely behind the branches.3. Chromatic aberrations.4. Low commercial appeal.

It's a pretty clock tower, but the composition, with most of it hidden behind the mass of blurry, underexposed branches, doesn't work.
