You have a strange histogram:

There are no blues from around the middle of the histogram, there are no greens for the last quarter. That's by far the most unnatural distribution that I saw.

You have noise in the darker parts of the asset and the sky.

The water looks like seen through stained glass:

You have artefacts:

Your HDR software created those ugly artefacts at the borders of the blown out areas. These are typical for moving objects in a high contrast situation. Many HDR programs can't cope with those situations.

The technical reasons are:

White balance: Even though it is an evening shot, you should tone down the tones a bit.

Exposure: It's underexposed. Again it is an evening shot, the photo is still too dark. If you want a silhouette effect, you have to choose the subject carefully.

Composition: Work on your composition a bit more.

Too much orange. Learn about light temperature and the importance of white balance.

Customers can colorize photos after purchase if desired.  But they won't buy images that need color correction.  That's the contributor's job.

Burned out highlightss and no detail in the shadows. Check your histogram.
