Rechazo de patrones por propiedad intelectual

Vengo subiendo hace tiempo patrones sin costuras realizados por mi, y esta vez me rechazaron varios por propiedad intelectual.

Ya he subido diseños similares. No entiendo cuál sería la propiedad intelectual.

Podrían ayudarme?

Estos son algunos de los patrones rechazados por este motivo.

Adobe doesn’t know who created these.

If this is your original artwork, resubmit with a signed Property Release form by you as the artist who created them.

    Hope that helps.

Hola! ese formulario debería presentarlo por cada imagen rechazada?

Could you post your titles and keywords used for these?

Si! en una tanda de 100 imágenes todas tienen mismo titulo y keywords, y algunas si fueron aprobadas.

Title: Patrón sin costuras Original. Colores. Formas. Estampa. Textura. Fondo. Caleidoscopio. Simétrico. Infinito

Keywords: dechado, empapelar, vector, designio, adorno, ilustración, con textura, decoraciones, arte, decoración, floral, geometrica, antique, tejidos, elemento, azulejo, tejido, estilo, flor, retro, mosaico, fondo, caleidoscopio, color, repetición, figura, viejo, antigüedad, repetir, circunferencia, papel, estrella, decorativa, decorativo, damasco, fila, triángulo, símbolo, concepto

Nothing jumps out at me that would result in IP rejections, but similar content rejections are common based on using the same titles and keywords over and over for different images. It’s possible these were rejected instead for similar content but the incorrect rejection reason was selected. Your titles should also be full sentences, not a series of keywords, as least as suggested by Adobe. Last but not least, a search for seamless patterns yields nearly 18 and a half million results. You assets would be small stars among a galaxy of similar images and the possibility of them appearing in a search result would be very slim from a competitive standpoint.
