The cattle is a bit too cool. It's a sunny day, however the sun is not looking bright. This could mean you have take off all the highlights. You need to create a balance with the highlights, exposure and white adjustment in post processing to bring out a natural looking balance. Also the cattle has chromatic noise and what appears to be damaged pixels on his belly.

The model photos has a blue cast, meaning there is a white balance issue. That photo also has chromatic noise and is not properly focused. These defects are visible in the hair when zoomed.

The elements of the landscape have no details. 

Overall your photos seem to be taken with a camera with small sensors. As a result important details are lost. Shallow depth of field is especially evident in the landscape photo.

To inspect your files before submitting zoom in to between 100 and 200%.
