Did you sync your Fotolia collection to your Adobe Stock collection?

 

Try using another data carrier to connect, via tablet or mobile phone.

I can't remember syncing the accounts but may have done so.

I tried using my Win10 laptop, Google Pixel 9 phone and a new Windows tablet.  The issue was exactly the same on all of these devices.

Sure, you need to synchronize your account.

So, you need to contact contributor support, as the automatic synchronization is no more possible.

Try using another browser that accepts scripts and doesn't have VPN enabled.

Desktop Chrome, Firefox or MS Edge.

I have tried using the browsers you suggested and also Opera.  Same result.
