Refus liés à la propriété intellectuelle -image

Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit vraiment d'une violation du droit d'auteur ou si une autorisation de propriété serait nécessaire à cause des bâtiments, mais l'image est plutôt floue dans l'ensemble et le brouillard sur les montagnes la rend encore plus floue. J'espère que cela aide.

I don't see any obvious Intelectual Property violations (such as identifying trade marks) in this image and the only thing I can think of is that the moderator saw this as an identifiable property and is asking for a Property Release from the owner of the property.  To me it looks like generic mountain scene that could be anywhere in the Alps; however I suspect that the moderator is asking for a Property Release.
