Refus photo // formulaire droit à l'image

Bonjour,

 

Voici quelques unes de mes photos qui ont été refusées

- Char 1re division blindée polonaise : motif qualité

- Char 2e division blindée : motif propriété intellectuelle : à cause du logo de la 2e division ?

- D-Day Sainte-Mère Eglise : motif propriété intellectuelle : à cause de la mention US sur le sac et logo Airborne sur la manche ?

- Pancarte Couloir de la mort : motif propriété intellectuelle. Que faut-il faire pour mettre en vente des photos de pancarte de ce type.

 

Pensez-vous que je puisse reproposer ces phtotos en supprimant les logos ?

Pouvez-vous me dire où je peux trouver un formulaire en français de demande d'autorisation?

    Char 1re Division blindée polonaise.jpg - remove any identifying marks, including the "Gen Maczek" sign

    D-Day Sainte-Mère-Eglise.jpg - this is probably considered an art installation, so you would need a property release from the creator

    Pancarte Couloir de la mort.jpg - the design on the ledt side of the sign is probably the reason for an IP rejection

    Char 2e Division blindée.jpg - remove any logos or signs

    Stock is a commercial assets service.  Not a photo gallery. 

    Whatever you submit should be highest visual & technical quality and legally cleared for use in commercial projects.

    I am not going to address the quality problems because I feel they should all be rejected for IP reasons. The tanks are to much the main subject and the design is easily recognizable. Regardless of thge logo. The second photo is art and not permanent structure. The third belongs to some govt.

      Très souvent, les installations de ce type auront une autorisation de publication limitée, comme les ayants droits veulent pouvoir contrôler l'utilisation. Bien que tout cela joue dans l'espace publique, une autorisation est nécessaire.

       

      Le char 2ᵉ division blindé a monté des pneus Michelin. Il faut aussi considérer ces éléments.

        It's a more open-air museum. It can probably pass only as illustrative editorial.
