bonjour on me refuse plusieurs fois pour propriété intellectuelle des photos comme celle ci dessous . quel est le souci? les 3 bandes ne sont pas du tout une marque ( adidas ne fait de costume d'attaque ! )

I don't know much about these things, but isn't the three stripe tracksuit an Adidas design? This probably looks too much like Adidas to ever be allowed.

Yes, my guess is also the clothing and especially the stripes, which is effectively an Addidas trademark. I do not think that cloth manufactorer can use the 3 stripes, without getting a letter from Addidas lawyers.

Attack dogs are very expensive creatures with special tags and ownership papers. You cannot sell the image commercially unless you have a signed release from the dog's owner. Did you submit one?

Dogs are not the problem. Animals do not need a property release if the animal is not special. This is the official Adobe policy, but I'm to tired to search back the respective message.

The 3 stripes may well be a distinguished mark. There is obviously no functionality assigned to the stripes. So it needs to be kind of visual mark. Also the dogs bandage is a visual mark, btw.
