Refusals because of Quality Issues

Question

After 18 days of waiting for my images to get uploaded more then 100 got denied because it says "Quality issues" , but my images are clean and I don't see any problem , What is going on ?

If there's an object in your AI image, you need to make sure it is well made and makes sense, other than that, some upscaling methods cause color problems, so they are not recommended at all, when the image has a certain gradient, you can be sure that it will look bad.
