Both photos have posterization artifacts in the backgrounds (for instance A in photo 4149) and photo 4149 is not sharp enough (B).
Photo E392 is more focused but has posterization artifacts in both the background and the foreground.
This can occur because of too much JPEG compression or too much noise reducztion in post processing.
View your photos at 150-200% and you can see this.
