Examine your image at 100-300% magnification.  It contains noise and and low light artifacts. On the far right of your frame, there is a distracting tree branch that should be removed.

Your camera introduces artefacts because of the small sensor and in-camera processing. The trouble here is that the camera does not distinguish from noise and detail:

1. Foreground some details.

2. Background details missing, either fake depth of field or simply noise reduction.

3. Tree Is farer away than 2 but shows more details. Has been lighter, so the sensor has less trouble to catch the details.

4. Background and no details.

The artefacts shown are typical for small sensor cameras, and they all have trouble, when the lightning situation is problematic. The in-camera processing tries to make the picture looking pleasant on your phone screen. The picture, looked at 100% is however not good enough for stock and looking at a higher magnification shows you the artefacts.

And as @Nancy OShea suggests, you should do those minor corrections before submitting, if your picture is otherwise good enough for stock.
