There is a small exposure error:

There is chromatic aberration:

And there is this troubling halo. And yes, there is a problem with the fine details. Both problems may well be because you over processed denoising and sharpening.

The sharpness needs to be increased and you have a white halo that can be seen at >300%.

I feel that the colour balance is slightly on the yellow side, so you need to make minor adjustments to that.

As for composition, this could be improved quite a lot. What is the actual subject? The bush in the foreground is in the way!

The entire image has soft focus - foreground, mid ground and background.

I think there are some sharpness issues towards the back, some of the shrubs are lacking detail in spots, and there is a halo along the top of the mountain.

 

I also wonder about the composition.  It seems this wouldn't work well as a background, and there also isn't a clearly defined subject from my perspective.
