Regarding EPS File Rejection for Intellectual Property

Hello Adobe Stock Team,

One of my EPS files was rejected due to an intellectual property (IP) issue. I am not sure what caused the rejection, so I would really appreciate your guidance.

I have attached the rejected EPS file. Could you please review it and let me know which part may have caused the IP concern? Your feedback will help me correct the file and avoid similar issues in future submissions.

Thank you for your time and support.

We only needed to see the image, without the editable vector properties. Your asset was probably rejected for IP issues due to the Red Cross, which is protected. Remove it and try resubmitting.

    Check your copy.

You have: Wear gloves if caring sick people

Change to: Wear gloves when caring for sick people or Wear gloves around sick people.

    Hope that helps.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

It seems the images aren't displaying correctly because the post was made during yesterday's server outage.
    Could you repost the images?

Can’t download the asset. Can you save it as a Photoshop file (5MB max) and upload it here?

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, EPS files cannot be saved as Photoshop (PSD) files while preserving their editable vector properties. I have attached the original EPS file again. If there is another preferred format you'd like me to provide, please let me know and I'll be happy to upload it.

Your hospital graphic still contains the Red Cross, which is an IP violation.

As a buyer, I prefer to receive editable Adobe Illustrator .ai files. They’re more flexible to use. Also keep in mind that many Stock customers don’t speak English. They will need their own fonts, languages and messages. Unless text is crucial to your infographic, you should let customers add their own text after purchase.
