Regarding keywords that may be unintentionally used as spam.

When I use keywords, I'm very careful to avoid spam. But if I accidentally include irrelevant keywords in some images, These are old photos, submitted for approval a long time ago. is my account at risk of being closed?
Right now, I'm checking every image and correcting the keywords.

Irrelevant keywords & titles are the same as misrepresentation. Misleading customers is dishonest.

Nobody here can tell you if you are at risk. The only thing I can say is that portfolios are randomly checked and keyword spamming is a reason for having your account deactivated. If keywording gets checked by an automated review is beyond our knowledge.
