regarding regarding Intellectual Property Refusal

Hi, Anyone can help regarding regarding Intellectual Property Refusal- i have lots of snap of ancient sculpture that comes from around 500BC ...it all are rejected under comment " Intellectual Property Refusal" while it all are avoilable free to click in India & not cover under Intellectual Property law.

This is not an IP issue, the refusal reason given was erroneous. We've noticed that in an increased number of refusals, it appears that moderators are getting more stressed, so they have less time to select the real reason. This picture has obvious quality issues:

  1. Noise
  2. Blown out highlights
  3. Blurry/unfocussed details.

You can add missing contrasts, and even may be wrong exposure.

Apparently you captured this image in a museum or gallery. They usually have terms that prohibit commercial use of photos of their exhibits and collections.
