hello i am new on designer. and i want upload to sell my art. but i got reject..

  • Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.
  • Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)
  • You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file.

idk what that mean .. about resolusion...

can someone help me

sorry

thanks

You can forget those indicators, they are obsolete now. Formerly, it was possible to add to your vector file a JPEG preview file. They did not (yet) change the stock text for this refusal reason.

If you receive a rejection, please post the asset as submitted here, along with the title of the rejection. If you submitted an Adobe Illustrator file, it may be, that you need to save it as a PDF file before posting the file here.
