Reject deleted images because of simliarity

When I try to upload an image that I deleted it is rejected because of similarity.

    Adobe uses a similarity detection algorithm to prevent users from uploading images that are similar to ones they have deleted. This is done to prevent duplicate content and maintain the quality of their platform. MyMorri
