Reject: IMAGE OR SIMILAR IMAGES ALREADY SENT

Hello
I don't understand why a series of bird photos have been rejected, claiming similar images already uploaded when in my portfolio, although I do have other photos of birds, they don't look like these. I don't understand what has happened. Some help?

As statedn in the guidelines, "similar images" may also mean that the database contains too many similar images.

Hi @Mar5C3D ,

If you post about 3 of your rejected similar birds and the link to your public profile we will be better able to explain to you so you can understand and not repeat the error in the future. Similar rejection only apply to your portfolio and not the entire Adobe database.

I would have rejected most of them on quality issues. It looks to me, that the moderator had a dark moment, and rejected with reason number 5 instead of 4. Most of them also have a lack of commercial appeal.

As for the similar reason: check your pictures also against what is yet in the database, from other contributors. As @RALPH_L said, that is also a similar-rejection, even that the wordings do not show that. That is an error in the message. The help pages mention it, however.
