Reject photo for tech issues

I want to know the reason why this photo has been rejected. The photo has a correct ilumination, focus, etc. So I dont know what is the problem, thanks!!!

It is not a jpeg, blurry, blown out clouds and underexposed shadows.

Very little is in focus, perhaps because of the f-stop that you chose. There are blown out areas in the sky, the snowy area has a pink cast, and the shadows are underexposed.
