Yes, it is from a smartphone camera, but I've had other photos taken with it accepted (and photos taken indoors under much less light). I did replace the passenger's side headrest (very good catch, by the way) because it was so dark; I don't know why I didn't just apply a curves adjustment instead. I didn't do any skin softening; what you are seeing is makup (another good catch). Maybe the camera applied some skin softening; I'm not sure if I have that option enabled or not. I asked myself the same question, but I rand it through an AI checker and it came up as a photograph. There's an odd texture to the skin, and the loose earring looks like something AI would do randomly. I'd remove both earrings and soften the skin. The highlights on the lips look overly sharp as well.
