The first image is underexposed and has a leaning horizon. The second image is underexposed and noisy. Landscapes should be shot in landscape mode. Were these captured with a cellphone?

In addition to being underexposed, you also have artefacts and noise.

Example: this white line around the darker area:

No detail in the water:

Your phone does not work well in difficult light situations.

Secondly, what commercial value do they have? What are you trying to show? How can they be used in a commercial setting?
